His pride in being part of the company’s journey is evident as he reflects on the progress he’s seen, both in the company’s physical space and in the culture that has developed within. “When we started, the building was small, and it has continued to grow,” Juan says. “I’m super encouraged about the company’s growth.”
Over the years, Juan has witnessed significant changes at FAMCO, from its expansion to the evolving management that has brought clarity to the company’s operations. “New management has revealed the ‘why’ behind what we do,” he explains. This understanding has provided greater direction and purpose for both long-time employees and newer team members.
Even though he has spent decades with the company, Juan is noted as being a motivated and dedicated worker. “What I look forward to most every day is the challenge,” he says. “Each day is different, and I find pride in accomplishing whatever is put before me.” His attitude is one of continuous improvement and adaptability, qualities that have been essential to his success at FAMCO.

One of his most cherished memories at FAMCO was a time when he and his team worked tirelessly to meet a tight deadline. After working late into the evening, they stepped back to see the massive amount of work they had completed, products stacked high and covering a huge area. “Everyone was amazed at what we had accomplished in such a short time,” he recalls, highlighting the pride he felt in delivering quality products on time for the customer.
For Juan Carlos, maintaining a healthy work-life balance is key to both his personal and professional success. He has come to understand the importance of managing stress and embracing a positive outlook. “Work is easier when you enjoy what you do,” he reflects. “Take life as it comes, with love, and the day goes by easily.” Outside of work, Juan Carlos is dedicated to his family and enjoys spending time with his loved ones. Whether it’s walking his dog or working on projects at home, he believes in finding fulfillment both at work and in his personal life.
