Item was as advertised. The only MINOR issue was the rivet fastener for hinge/flapper was badly placed with the rivet head hitting the duct to hood seam. This prevented the flapper from fully closing. A little minor stressing and bending (about 15 minutes) without damage to the assembly solved the problem.

I searched considerably for a high quality vent. Everything I was finding seemed quite flimsy and not made well. Love that it was made in USA.
