The FAMCO SWVCU copper wall vent is a hooded wall vent that is primarily used for air intake, air supply, or exhaust applications where no backdraft damper is needed. This vent is not rated for dryer ventilation, the screen will trap lint and could create a fire risk. Quality constructed from heavy duty 16 ounce, 24 gauge copper. The FAMCO SWVCU wall vent includes a ⅛ inch insect screen to prevent duct intrusion by birds and many kinds of insects. The FAMCO SWVCU wall vent is available in sizes ranging from 3 inch to 14 inch diameter. The FAMCO SWVCU wall vent is manufactured by FAMCO in the United States and comes with a 1-year warranty against product defects and workmanship.
