Description
The FAMCO RDWVA wall vent and reversible backdraft damper kit is primarily used for air intake, air supply, or exhaust applications. This vent is not rated for dryer ventilation, the screen will trap lint and could create a fire risk. Quality constructed from heavy-duty .020 aluminum. This kit comes with a gasketed backdraft damper that can be oriented in the duct run for either intake or exhaust, and a hooded wall vent with a shorter 4½ inch tube and ⅛ inch insect screen to prevent duct intrusion by birds and many kinds of insects. An economical solution for air balance. Provides supplemental combustion air intake. Ideal for spot ventilation needs.
