RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Damaged/Defective/Missing Products:

If you receive your order and the product is damaged due to defective material/workmanship, or by the shipper, simply contact us (for damaged products, include photos of the product and packaging) and we will work to provide a resolution – typically in the form of a refund or replacement. Damaged, defective or missing item claims MUST BE FILED within two (2) weeks of receipt.

Replacement units are typically built within 48 hours, and ship within 72 hours of order creation (within operational hours). Special terms may be imposed in the event of a lost pallet, or other approved conditions, which may affect shipping timeline but are to still take priority in production queue.

Returns:

For all other returns the product must be in original factory condition and free of all defects, returned in the factory package with a FAMCO supplied RMA form.  We only accept returns with a FAMCO issued “Return Authorization” number. Returns must be filed within 30 days of shipment.  All returns are subject to a tenative 25% restocking fee and customer must pay for freight charges on the returned products. FAMCO will not accept returns of customized or custom sized products, or of orders older than 30 days.

Refund Policy

Each purchase is unique. As such we want to ensure you are taken care of. If you would like to request a refund, please contact us. We will typically respond within 2 business days.
