Damaged/Defective/Missing Products:

If you receive your order and the product is damaged due to defective material/workmanship, or by the shipper, simply call our office and we will request a call tag for the return and issue an RA # (return authorization).  The return must be approved, have an RA Form, and be packed in the original factory packaging.  We may require photos of the damaged item so we can file a claim and re-build your order. Damaged, defective or missing item claims MUST BE FILED within two (2) weeks of receipt.

Replacement units are to be built within 24 hours, and ship within 48 hours of order creation (within operational hours). Special terms may be imposed in the event of a lost pallet, or other approved conditions, which may affect shipping timeline but are to still take priority in production queue.


For all other returns the product must be in original factory condition and free of all defects, returned in the factory package with a FAMCO supplied RMA form.  We only accept returns with a FAMCO issued “Return Authorization” number. Returns must be filed within 30 days of shipment.  All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and customer must pay for freight charges on the returned products. FAMCO will not accept returns of special ordered custom products, or of orders older than 30 days.

FAMCO Warranty:

All products are guaranteed to be free of defective material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery. During the guarantee period, if any parts prove defective, they will be repaired or replaced free of charge at factory option; if, upon receipt of written authorization they are delivered pre-paid to the factory. This guarantee does not, however, cover any damage caused by neglect of lubrication, accident or overload, improper installation, nor does it cover the cost of repairs made or attempted outside the factory without written authorization from FAMCO.
