Return & Refund Policy
Authorized Returns
For all eligible returns, the product must be in its original factory condition, in the original packaging and without prior use or defects. Please complete the form below to submit a return request. Once the form has been submitted you will be issued a return authorization via email that must be printed and placed inside the package sent back to us.
Some items are subject to a restocking fee, and in most cases, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. All returns must be requested within 30 calendar days of the order date. Not all products are returnable. Please review the “Non-Returnable and Non-Cancelable” section for more information. If you do not see an email regarding your return, please check your spam or junk folder. Upon approval, the item(s) must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the return authorization.
Missing or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. When contacting us please provide a photo of the damaged item and/or packaging along with your order number. We will review the damage and work with you to find a resolution. If an item is missing from your order, please contact us and we will ship the replacement item ASAP. If you received the wrong item with your order, we will ship the correct one as soon as the incorrect item has been shipped back to us.
Please note that if your order has been shipped via an LTL carrier and it arrives damaged, any damages must be noted in the Bill of Lading (BOL) at the time of receipt and the delivery must be refused in order for a damage claim to be considered. If damages have not been noted on the applicable paperwork, we cannot file a claim with the carrier or provide reimbursement or replacement. If you are contacting us regarding damage to an LTL shipment, please provide pictures showing the damage along with a copy of the completed BOL.
Non-Returnable and Non-Cancelable Products
Please note that due to the manufacturing nature of some of our products certain products are not returnable. These products will have a disclaimer clearly noting this on the product page.
Prior to ordering, please double check and confirm your project specifications and measurements to ensure a correct fit. If you need to cancel an order after it has been placed, please contact us within 24 hours from the time the order was made. We will do our best to cancel the order and provide a refund but there are certain situations where an order cannot be cancelled e.g., due to it already being processed for shipment or if it is a made to order item and the manufacturing process has already started.
Common Return Questions
Items purchased within 30 days of the order date are eligible for return. If your order falls outside of this 30-day window and you are unable to complete the form, please contact us.
Please check the tracking provided for the order via email, as it is likely still in transit. We cannot issue replacements for orders that are actively in transit or show successful delivery by the carrier. If an item is deemed lost by the carrier or has been returned to the sender, we can issue a replacement at that time. For more details visit our Shipping page.
If the incorrect size or color was purchased by mistake, a new order will need to be placed for the correct item and a return request will need to be submitted for the original order. If FAMCO is at fault and sent the wrong item, please send an email to [email protected] or contact us with images showing the difference to the item and we can issue a replacement once the incorrect product is shipped back.

If you received a damaged product, please send an email to [email protected] or contact us within 48 hours with images showing the damages to the item, an image of the original shipping label, and an image of the packaging upon delivery. Once we have received these, we will issue a replacement order or a partial refund.
Once an item is returned to our facility, it is processed within 2 to 3 business days. After the return is processed, a refund will be issued for the item(s) within 1 to 2 business days. Please be aware that once a refund is issued, it can take an additional 3 to 5 business days to reflect back in your account. If you have not seen a refund for your order after this timeframe, please contact us.
Based on our policy, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees and some products may be subject to a restocking fee.
