  1. Thin, very light cheap looking product. I was expecting a more robust galvanized vent – I thought thats what I had ordered based on the description on the website. A little disappointed.

Q
Our bathroom exhasut fan makes a loud banging rat a tat sound when the wind is out of the N.E. Is that typical? Is there a way to quiet it down? Does it mean the rubber gasket was removed? Our home is less than a year old. Joe Schwab asked on April 4, 2021
A

This is probably not related to our product, you may want to consult the fan manufacturer.
