FAMCO Earns GoodWell Certification: A Testament to Our People-First Values

Our people are the foundation of our success, and we’re committed to making FAMCO not just a place to work, but a place where careers and community thrive.

That commitment means more than words. It means listening, learning, and investing in our team so they can do their best work and feel proud to be part of FAMCO.

Listening to Our Team Through GoodWell

One of our most recent initiatives to strengthen our commitment to our employees was an anonymous, confidential survey conducted in partnership with GoodWell. This opportunity allowed us to hear directly from our team about their experiences, ideas, and suggestions for making FAMCO an even better place to work.

This initiative came from our Board of Directors, who actively researched potential survey partners to truly challenge and assess our workplace environment. GoodWell did not approach FAMCO. Rather, the Board sought them out specifically because they believed it was essential to gain an honest, unfiltered view of the employee experience. The Board understands that the company’s success depends on its people, and they wanted to ensure every voice could be heard.

The results were both encouraging and enlightening, sparking meaningful conversations between the Board, our management team, and employees.

Celebrating Our GoodWell Certification

We’re proud to announce that FAMCO is now officially GoodWell Certified!

GoodWell Certification is awarded to companies that conduct at least one survey per year and achieve an average annual score above zero. This recognition is not given lightly and not all companies pass the bar for certification. It’s earned through real, honest input from employees and a demonstrated commitment to making workplaces better.

The 2024 average GoodWell Score metrics were:

Average= 10

Median = 13

Average of Bottom 25%= -16

Average of Top 25%= 10

FAMCO is proud to share their score of 17, which means our employees told GoodWell, in their own words and ratings, that this is a great place to work!
