Contractor and I found product to be of very good quality. Product was installed into brick exterior wall and works well with newly installed undercabinet range vent hood.
I can’t believe I’m actually reviewing a vent, I barely review anything. But was absolutely delighted with getting and installing this. Top quality, much appreciated.
I purchased 2 oven exhaust vents (online). Everything went great from ordering to delivery and the quality of the product. They are really built well with thicker metal, and a springed, insulated flap to keep the cold from coming in. My only concern is if the little exhaust fan (on the stove hood 6-8’ away) will be strong enough to open the flap when it is on; I’m sure it will be able to as they must have researched that when designing the product, and it is not really a “strong” spring which is good.
But I am VERY HAPPY with the product, the quality, and the time frame, and also the care to package them; (2 boxes inside a bigger box, with paper stuffing). *️⃣*️⃣*️⃣*️⃣*️⃣!!!
Top quality! The wire screen fits tightly, the damper has a good seal. All around it’s a solid piece of hardware, and well worth a few extra bucks over what’s available at the big box stores.
