    Hello, looking to install one of these for a range hood. It's a really short run, but at some point am going to have to connect to galvanized ductwork. Do I have to worry about connecting two dissimilar metals?? I know I do, but are there any precautions I can take to get around that? thanks, Sasha

    Yes - you should use barrier tape to prevent galvanic reactions when connecting a copper vent to steel duct.
