The FAMCO Start Collar is the first step when installing the system of ducts. Heating, ventilation and air conditioning ducts, also known as HVAC ducts, install between a main duct and plenum grills at the rooms in a house. At a main duct or plenum, a starting collar is installed for attaching a straight or split fitting for the ducts. Made from 28ga Galvanized steel.
