The plastic hood includes UV inhibitors to give it greater stability in all weather conditions, and features a 1 inch collar for secure pipe attachment, and can also be purchased with an 8- ¾ inch long 28 gauge galvanized steel pipe extension for through-wall connections. This vent also includes heavy-duty borders for secure and durable mounting. The UFH plastic wall vent is primarily used for dryer venting and air exhaust applications that require no screen.
