This vent is not rated for dryer ventilation, the screen will trap lint and could create a fire risk. Quality constructed from heavy duty .020 aluminum. The FAMCO SWVA wall vent includes a ¼ inch insect screen to prevent duct intrusion by birds and many kinds of insects.
